The Coast Guard Auxiliary is offering Boating and Paddle Craft Safety Training and courtesy vessel safety examinations for boats, PWCs and Paddle Craft. It will be held at the North Arkansas Youth Center (NAYC) at 412 Powell Ave in Cotter starting at 8 a.m. Saturday, Feb 25th.
