JANUARY 9, 2023

According to Sheriff Charley Melton, the following individuals were arrested last week.

Jay Massey, 59 of Calico Rock, was arrested on January 2, for ten counts of felon in possession of firearms.

Chadwick Wallace, 45 of Henderson, was arrested on January 4, for contempt of court.

James Stafford, 61 of Reyno, was arrested on January 4, for contempt of court.

Isabel Nolan, 19 of Melbourne, was arrested on January 4, for contempt of court.

Michael Lindsey, 23 of Batesville, was arrested on January 7. He currently is awaiting formal drug related charges.

The Sheriff’s Office is still searching for the two stolen vehicles that were reported stolen on January 5, 2023 as well as those responsible for taking them.

The first one was reported stolen from the Dollar General in Oxford at approximately 4:40 p.m. This vehicle is described as a 1999 Chrysler Town and Country minivan that is maroon in color. The front bumper is black and has blue tape on the passenger side. The license plate that is on the van is 827 VBC.

The second vehicle that was reported stolen was from Wiseman at approximately 9:30 p.m. It is described as 2002 Ford F-150 long bed that is white in color. There is a crease all down the driver side of the vehicle. The license plate number on the truck is 043 XHK.

Anyone with information as to the location of these vehicles or information as to whom may have taken these vehicles are asked to call the Izard County Sheriff’s Office, 870-368-4203, and provide this information.
