Mr. John Baylor is the founder of OnToCollege, which is a collection of online and in person ACT and SAT courses and strategies students can use to increase their test scores. Southside students are VERY familiar with his famous phrases ("hammer the grammar") and quirky personality, as they have been utilizing OnToCollege to prepare for the ACT and SAT over the last several years.
