The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce will hold a Ribbon-Cutting ceremony for the newest portions of the Greenway in Batesville. The Ribbon-Cutting will occur on the boardwalk near 200 Aberdeen Drive in Batesville on Tuesday, November 29, at 11:30 a.m.
The Batesville Greenway is a multi-use trail designed for running, walking, cycling, and other forms of non-motorized transportation. The eight-foot-wide trail connects White River Health to the Batesville Community Center, Riverside Park, Municipal Golf Course, and Batesville High School and Junior High. The newest section of the trail connects Chaney Drive to Aberdeen Drive and features a beautiful boardwalk as it meanders through the forest.
All community supporters, chamber members, ambassadors, board members, and staff are invited to attend.
