The Cotter Volunteer Fire Department and Auxiliary will have a Halloween Drive-thru Trick or Treat event on Monday, October 31st 6-8pm. You will be able to drive through the Fire House bay to receive treats from strange characters in costumes. The Firehouse is located at 950 Harding Blvd. Follow signs and firefighters' directions to enter. This is a free event and everyone is welcome.
