City of Cave City issued the following announcement on July 6.
Entergy has disconnected much of the electrical service to our city park. 7/6/2022, will begin an update to that service. Here are a few temporary changes that should be observed until the project is complete, in approximately two weeks or less.
1. Crews will be working around the small stage and lower pavilion areas, and will have caution tape in place. These taped off areas should be avoided at all times.
2. The larger bathroom building will be closed and unavailable during this project. The smaller bathrooms, near the corner of West South and Park, will be available during the day.
3. A park curfew will be enforced during the project. No one should be in the park between the hours of 8:30pm - 6:00am.
