CITY OF HARDY: The Friends of the Ash Flat Library have painted and hidden stars at parks in Ash Flat, Hardy, Cherokee Village, and Highland

City of Hardy issued the following announcement on June 16.

Our Starry Hide and Seek is open to children only. Seek a star, turn it over and return it to the Ash Flat Library for a free children’s book!

Summertime fun starts happening today! Contest starts when the Villager Journal is published Today, June 14, 2022 with the Starry Hide and Seek article inside.

Join in the fun, kids find a star and head to the Ash Flat Library, 11 Arnhart Street in Ash Flat for your prize.

Make sure to snap a pic and share it with us on FB of your hunt, starry find, and/or your new book.

Pictured are a sampling of the stars that are hidden in the parks. Many thanks to Anita Hawkins, President of the Friends of the Ash Flat Library, and Julie Milligan, one of the Friends of the Library, for bringing summertime reading fun.
