Crooked Creek Band
Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts
On June 10, 2022, from 7pm to 9pm we have the band Cooked Creek Band. Here is a lit bit about the band: Crooked Creek is a bluegrass band that has been performing around
the twin lakes region for over 15 years. Although they take their music
seriously, they also know it's more important to have fun than to be
musically perfect, and they like to mix it up and throw in some rock and
roll and originals too. The band is comprised of Drew Pierce on banjo,
Emily Kaitz on bass, and Art Kershaw on guitar; all are seasoned
musicians and songwriters who have played all over the country, and
Emily's unique writing is nationally recognized. They have developed a
following and a reputation for fun, largely from their regular appearances
at the Back Forty, Music on the Square, and many other events. We trust
you'll enjoy what they like to call "bluegrass and related madness".
This is a FREE event will do ask for a donation at intermission to help cover the cost of the band and the facility. We do have concession stand open with soda water and candy bars and popcorn and we are looking at doing something else so stay tuned.
There will be music at the Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts in Bull Shoals, Arkansas. The theater needs your help. You ask how can you help? You can help by volunteer to helping to get sponsors to help to pay for the bands. Or just volunteer.
We are looking for Sponsor to help cover the bands. All donations go to support the Theater which is a non-profit 501 3c.
