City of Cotter issued the following announcement on May 26.
The City of Cotter has received a new 2022 Case 580SN Backhoe with the assistance of a USDA-RD grant. It will be used to fix water leaks and repair streets.
The Street & Water Department work hard for the city and we appreciate their efforts and diligence!
