Of the 91 people living in Guion town in 2020, 49.5 percent (45) were women and 50.5 percent (46) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Arkansas News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by 14. In the 65 and over age range, there were 10 females and nine males.
