Arkansas State University-Mountain Home issued the following announcement on April 22.
Anglers from across the country (and our very own #AweSUMH Fishing Team members) are checking in at The Sheid on the campus of ASUMH. The Bass Anglers Sportsman Society (B.A.S.S.) makes its return to Norfork Lake for three days of competition this weekend. The 2022 Strike King Bassmaster College Series presented by Bass Pro Shops will compete Friday and Saturday for its third stop of the tour, and the Abu Garcia Bassmaster High School Series presented by Academy Sports and Outdoors and the Bassmaster Junior Series will hit the lake on Sunday. For all events, the boats will launch and return for weigh-ins to Lake Norfork Marina in Henderson.
All of the weekend’s events will be hosted by the Norfork Lake Chamber of Commerce.
