The Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce that through a unified strategy and leveraging of state and local incentives, Independent Stave Company plans to open a new facility in Independence County—creating 60 jobs and investing more than $30 million.
Independent Stave Company, the world's largest manufacturer of high-quality oak barrels and cooperage products, announced they will construct a state-of-the-art mill in Independence County to produce staves for bourbon and wine barrels.
