City of Cotter issued the following announcement on April 7.
Spring Clean Up for the city of Cotter will be Monday, May 2nd. There will be 2 dumpsters placed at Cotter City Hall and Cotter Fire Dept. on Friday, April 29 - May 2nd.
These can be used by anyone in Cotter.
