City of Hardy issued the following announcement on Mar. 18.
A big shout out to those working behind the scenes to bring this event back. A few who have stepped up (more to be recognized later):
Ginni Willis Kauffman - General Store Committee;
Robin Blake - Butter churning;
Gary Blake - Kids’ Activities and games;
Bill Kaelber - helping with social media; beekeeping/honey; and much more;
Jo Siebert - Commemorative label for quilt; Poster layout/design; flyer & rack card designs;
Nannette Daugherty - musicians and story tellers line up;
Pat Kohlschreiber - help with social media and wherever needed;
Carissa Cantwell - cooking beans; selling raffle tickets;
Carol Bates - Kids/Games Committee; General Store Committee;
Vicki Strickland - Fundraising; General Store Committee; and much more; and
Last but definitely not least:
CRYSTAL GRAY - our fearless and tireless leader for pulling this together, coordinating everyone and contacting demonstrators!! She and her husband, Robert Gray, are responsible for keeping us on track!
If you want to get on board with this awesome Committee, WE WELCOME YOU!!! Our next meeting is Wednesday, April 20th at 3:30 pm at the Hardy Senior Center! Please come if you have something to offer our group!
