City of Cotter issued the following announcement on Mar. 9.
It's that time of year to sign your kiddo up for Tri-County Baseball/Softball.
If you need a form, please come by Cotter City Hall to pick it up. Cotter Public School will have the forms as well. Forms are due by March 18th.
