Batesville Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Feb. 22.
Lyon College seeks a qualified, experienced educator to coordinate and supervise field experience placements in partner districts and to assist in the collection and analysis of data for state and federal reporting and accreditation requirements. Candidates are expected to demonstrate strong communication and management skills, to work well both independently and collaboratively, to adhere to confidentiality requirements, and to use technology effectively to maintain accurate records and develop user-friendly reports. Responsibilities will include coordinating with administrators to establish placement opportunities for teacher candidates, supervising and evaluating candidate performance in placement classrooms, collaborating with program faculty to maintain high quality field experience opportunities, and assisting the program director with data collection and analysis.
