City of Cotter issued the following announcement on Feb. 2.
Jump in on the first ever Cotter Casting Challenge at the Big Spring Park baseball field April 9.Organisers have designed an "obstacle course" with 5 events for accuracy and two for distance. There will be three categories: beginner, intermediate and advancer casters, so everyone can join in at their level. The challenge will be a test run for the event, with plan to establishing an annual casting Challenge at the FFF Conclave in Mountain Home in the fall....
