Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Jan. 25.
Mark your calendars! Plans for Freedom Fest on the Lake on July 1st and 2nd are in full swing! Join us for a concert at Sandy Beach Friday night followed by the World Championship Cardboard Boat Races and Fireworks Extravaganza on Saturday. This year’s theme for the boat races is “Circus”! We can’t wait to see what creative ideas you come up with. We’re working on some new, fun activities for families to enjoy during the day at the beach, so stay tuned!
