City of Cotter issued the following announcement on Jan. 2.
We are thrilled you've arrived, 2022! The Peitz River Lights are welcoming the new year (see photo). Starting tomorrow (01.02) the lights will alternate between amber, teal, and magenta (every 15 minutes) for most of January. We have a federal holiday honoring Dr. Martin Luther King on Jan 17; the lighting scheme will be red, white, and blue. and then go back to the amber, teal, and magenta scheme for the remainder of January.
