City of Cotter issued the following announcement on Nov. 8.
Come out and support our local North Arkansas Youth Center by participating in a Basketball camp - 1st through 6th grade.
Proceeds go to help finish the 3 outside half court basketball courts. We still need goals, and next outside lights! Register at: bit.ly/basketballcamp21
