City of Cave City issued the following announcement on Oct. 7.
Halloween is coming, with several trunk or treat events scheduled for the week, and trick-or-treating fun just around the corner!
On Saturday night, October 30th, we will have extra officers on duty and encourage everyone to do your trick-or-treating that night. There will also be a drive through trunk-or-treat event in our City Park that night, courtesy of area churches. If you want to welcome trick-or-treaters to your home or business, please leave a porch light on, or find other ways to make it obvious for the kids.
