City of Cotter issued the following announcement on Aug. 14.
The last section of concrete was poured. Great job by Island Concrete.
After 30 days of curing, the surface will be ready (depending on weather) to start prep work to coat the concrete and paint the court lines for Pickelball,
Basketball and Tennis; maybe volleyball could be added later.
Work on the ADA Handicap Parking area will start next week.
