City of Hardy issued the following announcement on Aug. 11.
Sharp county/White River Regional Solid Waste Management District/Izard Co Judges office is hosting a ONE DAY ONLY ELECTRONIC waste drop off at the front street recycle location in Hardy AUGUST 25th!!! The event is open to all county households and there is NO CHARGE to residents.
Common household electronics that will be accepted include: TV’s, VCR’s, DVD PLAYERS, computers, COMPUTER MONITORS, Computer accessories, GAMING EQUIPMENT, printers, scanners, fax machines, phones, tablets, electronic toys, small kitchen and household ELECTRONICS. DO NOT REMOVE CORDS PLEASE.
