Arkansas State University-Mountain Home issued the following announcement on Aug. 3.
Tax-Free Weekend is this weekend! Prepare for big savings by purchasing your textbooks and materials tax-free.
The ASUMH Bookstore will be open on Saturday, August 7th from 8 AM to 1 PM.
If you are unable to come during our business hours, orders can be placed online and arranged for in-store pickup or shipping.
Tips for Shopping: Shop Online at ASUMHSHOP.COM
Tip: Using Financial Aid- The account number is your student ID without the leading zeros.
Example: If your student ID were 000123456, you would use 123456 as the account number.
Please have a copy of your schedule available. Printed or on your mobile device is acceptable. Student ID or Driver’s License Required for Financial Aid Use.
Tip: Not all titles will be available for purchase this weekend. However, if anything is showing as “Backordered,” please call the store on Saturday, August 7th before 1 PM.
DO NOT PLACE ONLINE ORDERS FOR "BACK-ORDERED" ITEMS. These orders are not always fulfilled and take a while to cancel. Instead, please call the store. We may be able to place your order over the phone. Pre-orders are only available in store.
Online orders are not available for same-day pickup. They may ship from another store to our store. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will not ship until Monday.
Please be aware that we are closed on weekends except for Tax-Free Weekend and orders that have “expedited shipping” will be processed during normal business hours.
Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays may not be fulfilled or shipped until Monday.
Financial Aid has restrictions, meaning not all items in-store/online are available for purchase with financial aid funds.
Please see a general list of the restrictions below. If you add an item to your cart that is not covered by financial aid you will be notified at checkout.
