City of Cotter issued the following announcement on July 28.
Work started the NAYC Fun Grant from Ark Dept of Parks and Tourism to convert the old Tennis courts into multiple-use courts.
There will be 3 half-court basket courts, 2 pickleball courts, and a tennis court.
