Census Bureau: 75.6 percent of people in Highland City were old enough to vote in 2019

Of the 1,092 citizens living in Highland City in 2019, 825 were old enough to vote as of Feb. 11, according to U.S. Census Bureau data.

The bureau reported 429 of those people were female and 396 were male.

Data for this story was compiled from the bureau’s American Community Survey. Information from the survey helps to determine how federal and state funds are distributed.

Statistical data for 2020 will be released later this year.
