Of the 4,973 people living in Cherokee Village city in 2019, 46.7 percent (2,322) were women and 53.3 percent (2,651) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Arkansas News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 1,175-to-1,105. In the 65 and over age range, there were 861 females and 835 males.
