Census Bureau: More women than men in Highland city in 2019

Of the 1,092 people living in Highland city in 2019, 52.7 percent (576) were women and 47.3 percent (516) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Arkansas News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 336-to-237. In the 65 and over age range, there were 93 females and 159 males.
