Of the 167 people living in Moorefield town in 2019, 56.9 percent (95) were women and 43.1 percent (72) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Arkansas News.

Females 18 and over outnumbered males in the same age group by a ratio of 45-to-35. In the 65 and over age range, there were 22 females and 18 males.
