Of the 179 people living in Sidney town in 2019, 40.2 percent (72) were women and 59.8 percent (107) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the NC Arkansas News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 72-to-34. In the 65 and over age range, there were 15 females and 13 males.
