There were two more lawyers with active licenses in cities within Sharp County in June compared to the previous month, according to the Arkansas Judiciary.

In total, there were 11 active legal licenses recorded in the county at the time, compared to nine in the previous month.

The majority of these licenses were granted in Cherokee Village (6).

Arkansas has one of the fewest lawyers per capita in the country, with only 2.2 legal professionals for every 1,000 residents or almost half the national ratio of 4 per 1000.
