The Izard County Sheriff’s Office released its weekly incarceration report on April 13, listing several individuals who were detained in the past week. Sheriff Charley Melton said all persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
James Magouirk, age 35 of Melbourne, was returned for court on charges including maintaining a drug premises, possession and delivery of a controlled substance, and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime. Daison Faver, age 30 of Glenco, was arrested on April 6th due to a warrant for parole violations. Delilah Endress, age 65 of Horseshoe Bend, was taken into custody on April 8th following a felony failure to appear warrant from Bourbon County, Kansas.
Donald Hill, age 51 of Sidney, was arrested on April 9th with warrants from the Izard County Circuit Court for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and unauthorized use of another person’s property to facilitate a crime. David Jones, age 55 from Melbourne, faced arrest on the same day based on an out-of-state warrant from Montague County in Texas related to sexual abuse of a child. Jacob Raeber, age 45 from Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on April 11th for open container violations and driving while intoxicated (DWI). Linda Burkard, age 66 from Livingston in Texas also faced arrest that day for DWI.
