The Fulton County Board of Registration & Elections announced on Mar. 31 that it will hold a Special Called Meeting to decide if a hearing is needed regarding Candidate Tiffany Henyard’s qualifications for the May 19, 2026, Commission District 5 Primary Election.
This meeting addresses whether there is sufficient cause to challenge Henyard’s eligibility as a candidate. If the board finds grounds for a challenge, an official hearing will be scheduled according to state law O.C.G.A Sec. 21-2-6(b).
